You tell me what’s on your mind, and I’ll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
- 15 minutes, in person, by phone or by video
- No obligation, no sales pressure
- Clarity about the next steps
I’m Sophie, a state-certified dietitian. I’ll show you how balanced eating fits into your real life: no food rules, no calorie counting, even if your gut is sensitive.
Food is more than nutrients. It’s pleasure, culture, everyday life and sometimes simply a döner kebab.
“Nutrition shouldn’t be complicated. It should be understandable, individual and enjoyable.”
Most people come to me with more than one topic. That’s completely normal, because nutrition is connected to everything.
I know years of uncertainty around food from my own experience. Together we’ll find out what works for your gut, step by step and without unnecessary restrictions.
An intolerance doesn’t mean giving up on enjoying food. I’ve lived with lactose intolerance for years and will show you what matters when shopping, cooking and eating out.
Nutrition plays a big role in metabolic conditions. I support you with individual nutrition therapy, coordinated with your doctor.
Enough protein, enough fibre and meals you look forward to. That’s how you build a way of eating you can keep long term.
Menopause brings many changes. The right nutrition supports your wellbeing, your energy and your health.
More energy and wellbeing in daily life: we’ll structure your everyday eating with meal prep, budget shopping tips and ideas for eating on the go.
Bloating, cravings or weight: often it’s the same problem. Meals aren’t nutritious or filling enough, and there’s not enough protein. Start with this simple split.
In Germany, anyone can call themselves a nutrition advisor. A dietitian (Diätassistent:in) is a state-certified health profession. Here’s what that means for you:
Every collaboration starts with a no-obligation introduction. Then you decide in your own time what suits you.
You tell me what’s on your mind, and I’ll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
Individual and practical, for anyone who no longer wants to feel unsure about their body or food.
If it’s medically necessary, German statutory health insurance may cover part of the cost. Requirements and the amount of the subsidy vary between insurers.
These prices apply to both nutrition counselling and nutrition therapy. For nutrition therapy, your health insurance may cover part of the cost.

Request a partnershipOn TikTok and Instagram I share as @eat_withsoph how I really eat as a dietitian. Honest, practical and without wagging fingers.

My passion is making nutrition tangible, individual and practical, for anyone who no longer wants to feel unsure about their body or food.
I know from my own experience how frustrating it can be to have unexplained digestive problems and not find the right answers. Years of uncertainty around food, countless hours in online forums, doctors’ offices and books, and still no solution in sight. Until I decided to take my health into my own hands and complete the three-year training to become a dietitian.
Today I help my clients bring healthy eating into their everyday lives step by step, with joy and ease. And on TikTok and Instagram I show as @eat_withsoph what that looks like in practice.
I founded the DAzubi network: a community for trainee dietitians all over Germany. Exchange, support and motivation, from training and internships to the state exam and the first job.
On the German podcast “Extra-Portion Ernährungsexpert:innen” I talk about whether TikTok is worth it for nutrition professionals, and how I make nutrition knowledge easy to understand on social media.
No. Consultations work completely online by video. If you live nearby, we can also meet in person in Stuttgart.
Yes. Consultations, nutrition therapy and workshops are all available in English as well as German.
In 15 minutes we get to know each other, you tell me about your concern, and I explain what working together could look like. Then you decide in your own time whether you’d like to continue.
The discovery call (15 minutes) is free. The first consultation (60 minutes including a detailed assessment) costs €109, each follow-up (30 minutes) €59. The Nutrition Journey package with one first consultation and four follow-ups costs €319 instead of €345, so you save €26. These prices apply to both nutrition counselling and nutrition therapy. For in-person appointments, travel costs are added.
If it’s medically necessary, German statutory health insurance may contribute to nutrition therapy under § 43 SGB V. You’ll need a certificate of medical necessity from your doctor. Requirements and the amount vary between insurers. Nutrition counselling without a medical indication is self-pay.
No. There are no lists of forbidden foods with me. We look at what you can add and swap so your diet suits you and still tastes great.
Yes, that’s one of the topics closest to my heart, partly because I’m affected myself. Important: nutrition counselling doesn’t replace a medical diagnosis. If your symptoms haven’t been checked yet, seeing a doctor is the first step.
In Germany, Diätassistent:in (dietitian) is a state-certified health profession with three years of training and a state exam. The title “nutrition advisor” (Ernährungsberater:in) is not protected, so anyone can use it.
